Abstract | 本发明涉及具有空间三自由度的平动装置及方法,该装置至少包括:固定底座、动平台、动力头、音圈电机;三个音圈电机通过螺钉固定在固定底座上,三个音圈电机的轴运动方向与固定底座的底面平行;三个音圈电机以固定底座的中心为中心互成120度;固定底座通过三组弹性连接件与动平台连接,使固定底座的平面与动平台的平面平行;分别驱动三个音圈电机,通过三个音圈电机连接的动力头带动动平台在固定底座上端移动。该装置实现了动平台具有在空间内前后、左右和上下运动的三个自由度,具有承载能力强、结构简单,整体结构紧凑,减轻了整个装置的重量和所占用的体积。 |
Other Abstract | The invention relates to a translation device with three degrees of freedom in space and a method. The device at least comprises a fixed base, a moving platform, a power head and voice coil motors; the three voice coil motors are fixed on the fixed base by screws; the shaft movement directions of the three voice coil motors are parallel to the bottom surface of the fixed base; an included angle of 120 degrees is formed between every two of the three voice coil motors by using the center of the fixed base as the center; the fixed base is connected with the moving platform by three groups of elastic connecting pieces, so that the plane of the fixed base is parallel to the plane of the moving platform; the three voice coil motors are respectively driven and the moving platform is driven by the power head, connected with the three voice coil motor, to move at the upper end of the fixed base. The device realizes that the moving platform has three degrees of freedom of moving back and forth, left and right and up and down in space; the device has strong bearing capacity, and a simple, compact and integral structure; the weight and the occupied volume of the integral device are reduced. |
