Abstract本发明公开了一种面向最低成本的反射面天线分块面板尺寸确定方法,包括分配加工面板与名义面板间的几何偏离误差;确定名义面板上的节点坐标;确定加工面板上的节点坐标;根据名义面板和加工面板上的节点坐标,计算名义面板与加工面板的几何偏差;从最内环开始,以每段反射面中加工面板的宽度、面板偏置量为设计变量,以极大化加工面板的长度为目标,以加工面板的最大面积和面板几何偏离误差为约束,逐段建立优化模型;使用粒子群算法逐段求解优化模型,得到各段中加工面板的最优尺寸。本发明可以用于保证精度的前提下,确定最少的面板模具数量,大大降低了天线的成本。
Other AbstractThe invention discloses a reflector antenna block panel size determination method facing the minimum cost. The method comprises the steps that a geometric deviation error between a processing panel and a nominal panel is distributed; node coordinates on the nominal panel are determined; node coordinates on the processing panel are determined; a geometric deviation of the nominal panel and the processing panel is calculated according to the node coordinates on the nominal panel and the node coordinates on the processing panel; from the innermost ring, the width of the portion, in each section of the reflecting surface, of the processing panel and the panel offset value serve as design variables, the target is to maximize the length of the processing panel, the maximum area of the processing panel and the geometric deviation error of the panel serve as constraints, and an optimization model is built section by section; the optimization model is solved section by section by means of a particle swarm algorithm, and optimal sizes of the processing panel in all sections are obtained. The reflector antenna block panel size determination method can be used for determining the minimum number of panel molds on the premise of ensuring the precision, and the cost of antennae is greatly reduced.
