Abstract | 本发明公开了一种面向增益与指向大型变形抛物面天线面板吻合旋转调整方法,包括确定抛物面天线结构方案及促动器初始位置,建立有限元模型、促动器支撑面板节点;计算天线结构自重变形,提取变形抛物面节点;计算天线最佳吻合抛物面;计算变形抛物面的均方根误差,判断天线增益是否满足要求;反转吻合抛物面,确定最优工作性能下目标曲面;确定变形抛物面与目标曲面的对应节点,计算促动器调整量;调整面板位置,更新天线结构有限元模型,利用机电耦合模型计算变形天线电性能,判断天线指向是否满足要求,输出促动器调整量,得到优面板吻合旋转调整量。本发明具有促动器总行程短、明显改善天线反射面精度、提高天线增益和保证天线工作指向的优点。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses a gain and direction oriented large-scale deformed paraboloid antenna panel fit rotation adjusting method. The method comprises following steps: determining the structure scheme of a paraboloid antenna and the initial position of an actuator; building a finite element model and the supporting panel nodes of the actuator; calculating the self-weight deformation of an antenna structure and extracting deformed paraboloid nodes; calculating the optimum fit paraboloid of the antenna; calculating the root-mean-square error of the deformed paraboloid and judging whether antenna gain satisfies a demand; reversing the fit paraboloid and determining a target curve under optimum working performance; determining the corresponding nodes of the deformed paraboloid and the target curve and calculating the adjusting quantity of the actuator; adjusting the position of the panel, updating the finite element model of the antenna structure, calculating the electric performance of the deformed antenna by an electromechanical coupling model, judging whether the antenna direction satisfies a demand, outputting the adjusting quantity of the actuator, and obtaining the optimum panel fit rotation adjusting quantity. The method of the invention is advantaged by that the total travel of the actuator is short, the precision of the reflection surface of the antenna is clearly improved, the antenna gain is improved, and the working direction of the antenna is ensured. |
