Abstract | 本发明公开了一种面向天线指向大型变形抛物面天线面板移动拟合调整方法,包括确定抛物面天线结构方案及促动器初始位置,建立天线结构有限元模型、促动器支撑面板节点;计算天线结构自重变形,提取变形抛物面的节点信息;计算其天线电性能,确定变形抛物面与理想设计面的对应节点,虚拟移动面板;计算反射面拟合均方根误差最小的目标曲面;确定变形抛物面与目标曲面的对应节点,计算促动器调整量;调整面板位置,更新天线结构有限元模型;计算变形抛物面天线指向,判断天线指向是否满足要求得到最优的面板移动拟合调整量。本发明可直接计算得出面向天线指向的促动器调整量,保证了天线工作指向和天线原有焦距。改善了天线反射面精度,综合性能好。 |
Other Abstract | The invention discloses an antenna pointing oriented large deformed parabolic antenna panel movement fitting adjustment method.The antenna pointing oriented large deformed parabolic antenna panel movement fitting adjustment method comprises the steps of determining a parabolic antenna structure scheme and the initial position of an actuator, establishing an antenna structure finite element model and an actuator supporting panel node, calculating antenna structure self-weight deformation, extracting the node information of a deformed paraboloid, calculating the electrical properties of an antenna, determining the node, corresponding to an ideal designed surface, of the paraboloid, virtualizing a moving panel, calculating a targeted curved surface having the minimum reflecting surface fitting root-mean-square error, determining the node, corresponding to the targeted curved surface, of the paraboloid, calculating the actuator adjustment amount, adjusting the position of the panel, updating the antenna structure finite element model, calculating the antenna pointing of the deformed paraboloid and judging whether the antenna pointing meets the requirements or not to obtain the optimal panel movement fitting adjustment amount.The antenna pointing oriented large deformed parabolic antenna panel movement fitting adjustment method can directly calculate antenna pointing oriented actuator adjustment amount, ensures the work pointing and original focal distance of the antenna, improves the reflecting surface precision of the antenna and is good in overall performance. |
