Abstract一种步进电机断电位移恢复装置,其包括有电源、超级电容、ARM控制器、FRAM铁电存储器和编码器。系统正常工作时,电源同时向ARM控制器、FRAM铁电存储器及编码器供电,并为超级电容充电;若电源正常供电,则ARM控制器不发送任何命令,编码器直接将步进电机位移信息传递给ARM控制器,若电源失效,则超级电容短时供电,ARM控制器立即发送存储命令,FRAM铁电存储器瞬时读取并保存编码器中的断电前步进电机位移信息;电源恢复供电后,ARM控制器由FRAM铁电存储器中读取并恢复断电前步进电机位移信息。本发明具有结构简单、性价比高、应用范围广、温度范围宽、可靠性高、寿命长的优点,尤其适用于频繁掉电的场合。
Other AbstractA stepper motor power-outage displacement recovery device comprises a power source, a super capacitor, an ARM controller, a FRAM ferroelectric memorizer and an encoder. When a system works normally, the power source simultaneously supplies power to the ARM controller, the FRAM ferroelectric memorizer and the encoder, and charges the super capacitor. If the power source supplies power normally, the ARM controller does not send any command, stepper motor displacement information is directly passed to the ARM controller by the encoder. In case of a power failure, the super capacitor supplies power in a short time, the ARM controller immediately sends a storage command, the FRAM ferroelectric memorizer instantaneously reads and saves the pre-power-outage stepper motor displacement information from the encoder. When the power source recovers power supply, the ARM controller reads and recovers the pre-power-outage stepper motor displacement information from the FRAM ferroelectric memorizer. The stepper motor power-outage displacement recovery device has the advantages of simple structure, high performance cost ratio, wide application range, wide temperature range, high reliability and long service life, and is particularly suitable for frequent power-down occasions.
