Abstract一种射电望远镜主反射面调整用带自锁功能的电动执行器,其包括超声电机部分、行星减速器部分、传动联轴器部分和电动缸部分,所述超声电机部分依次连接行星减速器部分、传动联轴器部分和电动缸部分,并通过行星减速器部分和传动联轴器部分驱动电动缸部分带动所述射电望远镜主反射面作调整运动;当所述超声电机部分断电时,其内部定子和转子相互接触挤压,使得所述超声电机部分无法转动,并通过该超声电机部分与所述行星减速器部分的组合作用实现所述超声电机部分的断电自锁。本实用新型整套系统结构紧凑,具有高精度、高效率、体积小、承重大、回程误差小、断电自锁和温度使用范围宽等特点,适用于高精度、宽温度变化范围的大型射电望远镜主反射面主动控制系统。
Other AbstractAn electric actuator with a self-locking function for main reflection surface adjustment of a radio telescope comprises an ultrasonic motor part, a planetary reducer part, a transmission shaft coupling part and an electric cylinder part. The ultrasonic motor part is connected with the planetary reducer part, the transmission shaft coupling part and the electric cylinder part in sequence and drives the electric cylinder part through the transmission shaft coupling part and the electric cylinder part for driving a main reflection surface of the radio telescope to do adjustment motions. When the ultrasonic motor part is powered off, an internal stator and a rotor of the ultrasonic motor part are mutually contacted and extruded, so that the ultrasonic motor part cannot rotate. In addition, due to the combination of the ultrasonic motor part and the planetary reducer part, the power-off self-locking of the ultrasonic motor part is achieved. The whole system of the electric actuator is compact in structure; the electric actuator has characteristics of high precision, high efficiency, small size, high load-bearing performance, small return error, power-off self locking, wide operating temperature range and the like; and the electric actuator is suitable for large-scale radio telescope main reflection surface active control systems being high in precision and wide in temperature variation range.
