Other Abstract | The invention discloses a high-precision five-dimension adjusting mechanism used for an astronomical telescope secondary mirror. The high-precision five-dimension adjusting mechanism is, from bottom to top, sequentially provided with a bottom plate I, a bottom plate II, and a bottom plate III. The high-precision five-dimension adjusting mechanism is characterized in that the bottom plate I is connected with a telescope rack, and the bottom plate I and the bottom plate II are fixedly connected together by a group of X-direction elastic sheets, and an X-direction linear motor is disposed between the bottom plate I and the bottom plate II; the bottom plate II and the bottom plate III are fixedly connected together by a group of Y-direction elastic sheets, and a Y-direction linear motor is disposed between bottom plate II and the bottom plate III; the upper surface of the bottom plate III is provided with a mirror surface installation plate by a displacement actuator I, a displacement actuator II, and a displacement actuator III; and the secondary mirror of the telescope is disposed on the mirror surface installation plate. According to the invention, the structure is simple, and the gap or backlash phenomenon cannot occur during the adjusting process of the mirror surface in directions of various freedom degrees. By adopting the high-precision five-dimension adjusting mechanism used for the astronomical telescope secondary mirror, the position adjusting precision is better than 2 micrometers in the translational direction, and the rotation positioning precision is better than 2 seconds of arc. |
