Abstract本发明涉及一种基于可动副面的多频段射电望远镜快速馈源切换方法,该方法采用六杆调整机构和旋转机构共同驱动副面运动,实现射电望远镜快速换馈及精确对焦,信号经主面反射至副面,再经副面反射后汇聚到副面焦点,即接收机及馈源的位置;天线控制计算机发送指令控制副面旋转机构驱动副面电轴旋转调整,使其焦点对向需要使用的波段馈源;根据天线效率判断对焦情况,在偏焦时发送副面调整指令,控制副面六杆调整机构和副面旋转机构共同组成的副面运动调整机构,实现副面的六个自由度精确调整并对焦。该方法精度高,稳定性好,换馈效率提升明显,对匹配精度要求高的短厘米波段甚至毫米波接收机的换馈及对焦尤为重要。

Other AbstractThe invention relates to a multi-band radio telescope rapid feed source switching method based on a movable minor face. The method is characterized in that a six-rod adjusting mechanism and a rotation mechanism are adopted to together drive the minor face to move, rapid feed switching and precise focusing of a radio telescope are realized, signals are reflected to the minor face from a main face and are then converged to a focal point of the minor face after the reflection of the minor face, wherein the focal point of the minor face is the position of a receiver and feed sources. An antenna controls a computer to send an instruction for controlling the minor face rotation mechanism to drive a minor face electric shaft to rotate, and the focal point of the minor face is enabled to be superposed with the wave band feed source to be used. According to the antenna efficiency, the focusing condition is judged, a minor adjusting instruction is sent in an offset focus case, the minor face six-rod adjusting mechanism and the minor face rotation mechanism are controlled to together form a minor face movement adjusting mechanism, and the precise six-freedom-degree adjustment and focusing of the minor face are realized. The method has the advantages that the precision is high, the stability is good, the feed switching efficiency is substantially improved, and the method is especially important for the feed switching and focusing of short centimeter wave and event millimeter wave receivers high in matching precision.
Claim一种基于可动副面的多频段射电望远镜快速馈源切换方法,其特征在于该方法涉及的装置是由主面(1)、副面(2)、副面旋转机构(3)、副面六杆调整机构(4)、副面支架(5)、馈源仓(6)、Ku波段馈源(7)、K波段馈源(8)、S/X波段馈源(9)、C波段馈源(10)、Q波段馈源(11)、Ka波段馈源(12)、L波段馈源(13)组成,主面(1)为赋形旋转对称抛物面,副面(2)为二次赋形双曲面;馈源仓(6)位于主面(1)的中心区域,Ku波段馈源(7)、K波段馈源(8)、S/X波段馈源(9)、C波段馈源(10)、Q波段馈源(11)、Ka波段馈源(12)和L波段馈源(13)的相位中心按顺时针方向排列于主面(1)上方馈源仓(6)顶端的焦平面圆环(14)上;副面(2)与副面六杆调整机构(4)相连,副面六杆调整机构(4)与副面旋转机构(3)相连;副面六杆调整机构(4)的上沿与四根副面支架(5)相连接并固定于主面(1)上,具体操作按下列步骤进行:a、平面电磁波信号经主面(1)反射后对称反射至副面(2),再经副面(2)非对称反射后汇聚到副面(2)的焦点上,该焦点偏离主面(1)旋转轴80cm;b、确定预定工作馈源的目标旋转角度位置:天线控制计算机发送指令控制副面旋转机构(3)驱动副面(2)电轴旋转调整,使副面(2)光轴指向预定角度位置;c、根据天线测量结果判断当前是否为天线效率最佳点,如果不是最佳点即为偏焦,天线控制计算机发送副面调整指令控制副面六杆调整机构(4)和副面旋转机构(3)共同组成的副面(2)运动调整机构,实现副面(2)位置精确调整,使副面(2)的焦点与预定工作馈源的相位中心实现精确对焦。
