Abstract本发明涉及一种Q波段多孔耦合型定向耦合器,该定向耦合器为结构紧凑的微波定向耦合器,由圆形波导、矩形波导、功分器、第一负载、第二负载、耦合通道第一端口、耦合通道第二端口、耦合通道第三端口、耦合通道第四端口、第一矩形端口、第二矩形端口、第三矩形端口、耦合孔、电感膜片、匹配钉组成。该定向耦合器采用对称的等间距多孔耦合形式,将主通道圆波导TE11模式信号耦合到耦合通道的矩形波导中,实现20dB耦合特性,中心频率40GHz,相对带宽50%,应用于射电望远镜Q波段接收机系统。该定向耦合器反射损耗和耦合度的实测结果与仿真结果基本吻合,可以满足射电天文观测需求。
Other AbstractThe invention relates to a Q-band multi-pore coupling type directional coupler which is a microwave directional coupler in a compact structure. The Q-band multi-pore coupling type directional coupler is composed of a circular waveguide, a rectangular waveguide, a power divider, a first load, a second load, a coupling channel first port, a coupling channel second port, a coupling channel third port, a coupling port fourth port, a first rectangular port, a second rectangular port, a third rectangular port, a coupling hole, an inductive diaphragm and a matching nail. The directional coupler employs a symmetrical equal-interval multi-hole coupling form, in which a main channel circular waveguide TE11 mode signal is coupled into the rectangular waveguide of a coupling channel to realize 20dB coupling characteristics. The center frequency is 40GHz and the relative bandwidth is 50%. The directional coupler is applied to a radio telescope Q-band receiver system. The measured results of reflection loss and the coupling degree of the directional coupler are in good agreement with the simulation results, so that the directional coupler can meet the requirements of radio astronomical observation.
