Abstract由于目前缺乏对大型全可动射电望远镜主动反射面分块的研究,详细分析了影响主动反射面分块的因素。首先分析了原理性误差,本文原理性误差是沿反射面法线方向计算,并以两环面板使用同一模具为例给出了反射面分块单块面板弦长的上确界。对于拟合误差分析了其产生的原因及其对分块的重要性,并以SRT 为例说明天线设计过程中应如何考虑拟合误差。最后总结了当前面板加工精度的范围。总之,本文给出了影响天线反射面分块的因素,为以后天线反射面的设计提供参考。

Other AbstractSince the lack of study about the active primary reflector segmentation of large steerable radio telescopes, the factors affecting the segmentation of the active primary reflector is analyzed in detailed. Firstly, the theoretical error is studied, and the error is calculated in the direction normal to the nominal design paraboloid. Every two rings using the same mould is using to calculate the maximum panel chord length of the primary reflectors. With respect to the fitting errors the reasons that it is caused and its importance for segmentation are presented. The SRT as an example to explain how to consider the fitting errors during the process of antennas design. Finally, the state of art is given. In a word, the factors affecting the segmentation of the active primary reflector is summarized, and this paper can be used to guide the design of antennas.
