Abstract	In 1999 November we carried out S2 VLBI observations of several BL Lacertae objects and quasars at 1.66 GHz. Six antennas participated in the experiment (Bear Lakes, Svetloe, Pushchino, Note, HartRAO and Seshan). The total intensity images of six sources (0420+022, 0420-014, 1308+326, 1345+125, 1803+784 and DA193) are presented and discussed together with their 1-22 GHz broad-band spectra taken by us on RATAN-600 close to the epoch of the VLBI experiment.
