Abstract

本文详细介绍了时间尺度发展的历史,对几种重要的时间尺度给出了转换公式,并且做了相应的详细说明,重点就时间尺度的发展,提出脉冲星时作为时间尺度原因及其优点,尤其毫秒脉冲星自转频率稳定度可以和量子频标相媲美的无需维护的天然频率源,是可望和地面原子时系统进行比对的频率标准,其作为独立的正式时间尺度是未来发展的趋势。

Other Abstract

In this paper, the history of the development of the time scale is described detailedly. The conversion formula is given for several important time scales, and the corresponding detailed description is offered. Focusing on the development of time scale, the reasons and advantages of the pulsar time as the time scale are proposed. Especially the millisecond pulsars, which is the natural frequency source that can be comparable to the quantum frequency standard,is the natural clock without maintenance, is excepted to calibrate the ground atomic. It is the trend of the development as an independent formal time scale in the future.
