This paper introduced a module of frequency multiplier used in 7mm cryogenic receiver,particularly describing system composition and the index assignment of every component. It also introduced the theoretical analysis and design simulation for key components,such as prime amplifier,frequency multiplier,switched filter bank and post amplifier. At last,it gave test results of all components.
