Abstract | 脉冲星数字终端是脉冲星观测和搜寻的重要设备,可实现模拟信号的数字化及脉冲星信号处理.随着脉冲星研究的不断深入和数字技术的迅速发展,对脉冲星数字终端的性能要求也在不断提高,需要在更宽带宽、更高的时间分辨率与更高的频率分辨率下进行高速采样、实时分析与处理.本文以国内外主要脉冲星观测射电望远镜为基础,回顾了脉冲星终端的发展历史,综述了目前主流大口径射电望远镜脉冲星数字终端的现状.在调研和分析已有和正在研制的脉冲星数字终端的基础上,构思和讨论了采用开放RFSoC平台+GPU集群为基础的QTT终端系统的设计方案和研制思路. |
Other Abstract | Pulsar digital backend is a key equipment for pulsar timing and searching observation, which digitizes the analog signal and processes the pulsar signal. The lucubration of pulsar research and rapid development of digital technology gradually leads to higher performance requirements of pulsar digital backend, such as faster sampling and real time processing along with wider bandwidth, higher time and frequency resolution. Based on main pulsar observation large aperture radio telescopes over the world, this paper reviews the development history and the current status of pulsar backends. After investigating and analyzing the existed and on developing pulsar digital backends, this paper conceives and discusses design scheme and development idea of QTT pulsar backend with RFSoC platform and GPU cluster system. |
