Abstract | 新疆110m口径全可动射电望远镜项目(QTT)已经开始进行设备的预研。2cm波段(12~30GHz)对电大又按收机的带宽达到了2.5倍频,并且高频端已经达到了毫米波段。正交模耦合器(OMT)是射电天文接收机的关键器件,其带宽决定了射电天文接收机的带宽。为满足超宽带的要求,2cm波段正交模耦合器采用同轴馈电四脊波导并转换到圆波导的结构,其中四脊波导与同轴转换器和吸收腔是最核心的部分。采用CST电磁仿真软件,设计了2cm波段四脊波导与同轴转换器和吸收腔,考虑到国内的机械加工水平,在借鉴国外最新设计的基础上,吸收腔对正交的两路采用不同的匹配结构。仿真效果表明,回波损耗<-20dB,插入损耗<-0.3dB,正交隔离度<-39dB。 |
Other Abstract | Xinjiang 110 m diameter all movable radio telescope project (QTT) has begun to equipment pre-research. In 2 cm band (12-30 GHz radio astronomy the bandwidth of the receiver is 2. 5 times from high to low frequency, and the high frequency end has reached the millimeter wave band. Ortho-mode Transducer (OMT) is the key of radio astronomy receiver device; its bandwidth determines the bandwidth of the radio astronomy receiver. To meet the requirements of ultra-wideband, 2 cm band Ortho-mode Transducer uses coaxial feeding quadruple-ridge waveguide and transition to the circular waveguide structure, quadruple-ridge waveguides and coaxial converter, absorption cavity are the most important core part. The CST electromagnetic simulation software was used to design the quadruple-ridge waveguides and coaxial converter and absorption cavity of 2 cm band. Considering the domestic machining level and drawing lessons from the latest foreign designs, different matching structures were used for the two orthogonal channels of the absorption cavity. The simulation results show that the return loss <-20 dB, the insertion loss <-03dB and the orthogonal isolation degree <-39 dB |
