| Abstract | On the basis of 8.4 GHz VLBI observations of OQ 208 made at 9 epochs from 1994 to 2005, we fitted a proper motion of 0.031 +/- 0.006 mas yr(-1) between the two mini-lobes (components A and E). This indicates a real speed of 0.072 +/- 0.014 h(-1)c and a kinematic age of 219 +/- 42 yr for the radio source. |
