Abstract	本申请提供一种钟差测量装置、数字钟，属于钟差测量领域。钟差测量装置，包括GPS接收机、数字钟和计数器，GPS接收机用于从GPS卫星处获取GPS秒脉冲信号，并输出GPS秒脉冲信号；数字钟用于输出参考秒脉冲信号；计数器分别与数字钟、GPS接收机电连接，计数器用于接收GPS秒脉冲信号和参考秒脉冲信号，并基于GPS秒脉冲信号和参考秒脉冲信号，得到钟差。本方案中，利用GPS接收机获取并输出GPS秒脉冲信号，利用数字钟输出参考秒脉冲信号，再通过计数器基于该GPS秒脉冲信号和该参考秒脉冲信号得到钟差。通过GPS接收机、数字钟和计数器组成的装置即可实现对钟差的测量，大大降低了测量钟差的成本。
