Abstract | 稳定性分析是微波放大器设计中需要重点考虑的问题。该文通过分析两级放大电路的输入反射系数,用几何方法推导出两级放大电路绝对稳定的必要条件,然后将该方法进行拓广,并提出一种使用w不等式判别多级微波放大电路偶模稳定性的方法。该方法较容易集成于EDA设计软件中,辅助放大电路稳定性设计。通过设计一款三级低噪声放大器电路,表明使用该方法进行电路稳定性设计,在保证电路稳定的前提下,可以有效地提高多级放大电路的增益和噪声性能,优于目前常用的稳定性判别策略。 |
Other Abstract | Stability analysis is an important consideration in the design of microwave amplifiers. This paper analyzes the input reflection coefficient of the two-stage amplifying circuit and derives the necessary conditions for the absolute stability of the two-stage amplifying circuit with a geometric method, and then expands the method, and proposes a way to use the w inequality to distinguish the multi-stage microwave amplifying circuit. The method of model stability. This method is easier to integrate into the EDA design software to assist the stability design of the amplifying circuit. By designing a three-stage low-noise amplifier circuit, it is shown that using this method for circuit stability design can effectively improve the gain and noise performance of the multi-stage amplifier circuit under the premise of ensuring the stability of the circuit, which is better than the current commonly used stability Discrimination strategy. |
