AbstractDue to the long-term reciprocation and cyclic stress, the structural fatigue of telescope track weld becomes increasingly prominent. In this paper, based on fatigue failure theory, a wheel-rail rolling contact model was established by using finite element method to complete the calculation of wheel-rail contact dynamic and static mechanics and rail weld fatigue life. It can provide a reference for fatigue life assessment of antenna track structure and on - line state detection, fault diagnosis and maintenance of welded structure.
