AbstractThe receiver is a signal receiving device placed at the focus of the reflector of the radio telescope. In order to improve the observation efficiency of the telescope, the phased array receiver is proposed. It is to place the miniature phased array in the focal field of the radio telescope, and realize the flexible pattern and beam scanning function through the beamforming network. If combined with the array element multiplexing function, it can realize the simultaneous observation of all beams in the entire field of view, so as to achieve continuous sky coverage. Aiming at the array design requirements of 0.7-1.8GHz wideband phased array receiver, $10\times 10$ rectangular array with element spacing of 0.04m, combined with the focal field simulation results under beam scanning, it is finally determined that the array design can synthesize 1 beam at 0.7GHz, 9 beams at 1.25GHz, and 25 beams at 1.8GHz. The above work is of guiding significance to the preliminary array design of phased array receiver for reflector antenna, and the performance of the array needs to be further verified in combination with the above design.
