AbstractIn combination with the needs of VLBI joint measurement and molecular spectral line and other radio astronomy observation, the Microwave Technology Laboratory of the Xinjiang Astronomical Observatory has developed a 7mm band cryogenic receiver for the NanShan 26-meter Radio Telescope. The receiver has a working frequency of 30-50GHz, a dual-beam design, and uses the feed integrated cooling technology. The dual-circular polarization signal output by the ortho-mode transducer is converted into 70-1024MHz IF signal by the down-conversion unit and output. After the installation and commissioning of the NSRT, the noise temperature of the test receiver meets the design index. Recently, the 7mm band receiver participated in the 43GHz joint test of European VLBI Network for the first time and successfully obtained interference fringes. In the next step, it is planned to use the 7mm band receiver to carry out single-antenna scientific observation such as molecular spectral lines.
