Abstract | 本文设计了一款工作在Q波段的宽带波纹喇叭天线,带内回波损耗仿真结果在-12 dB以下,在30、40、50GHz天线方向图增益仿真结果分别为22.1、19.9、23.2 dBi,半功率波束宽度分别为14.3、19.7、11.6度,交叉极化高于30 dB。经喇叭天线的加工试制后,目前已完成常温接收机集成。后续将利用该天线建立测试平台,实现对应波段天空亮温度的精确获取,同时将该测试方法移植到其它波段,以备为其它波段的相控阵接收机噪声温度测试提供精确的天空亮温度值。 |
Other Abstract | This article designs a broadband corrugated horn antenna operating in the Q-band. The simulation results of in band return loss are below -12 dB, and the simulation results of antenna pattern gain at 30, 40, and 50GHz are 22.1, 19.9, and 23.2 dBi, respectively. The half power beamwidth is 14.3, 19.7, and 11.6 degrees, and the cross polarization is above 30 dB. After the processing and trial production of the horn antenna, the integration of the receiver has been completed. In the future, a testing platform will be established using it to accurately obtain the sky brightness temperature. And this testing method will be transplanted to other bands to provide sky brightness temperature for noise temperature testing ofphased array receivers. |
