Abstract本文基于全阵列整体制冷的低噪声PAF研制需求,为现有的PCB Vivaldi天线PAF阵列开展低温设计。采用密封薄膜搭配硬质泡沫组成平口真空窗,整个低温杜瓦采用圆柱形设计,杜瓦直径为570 mm、高度为430 mm,杜瓦内部嵌套的冷屏同样采用圆柱形设计,直径为522 mm、高度为200 mm。经低温杜瓦整体装配完成后,进行了制冷测试,阵列天线温度可以达到60 K以下。目前,初步进行了常温和低温环境下阵元回波损耗以及隔离度的测试比对。
Other AbstractIn this paper, cryogenic design for existing PCB Vivaldi antenna PAF array is carried out based on the development requirement of low noise PAF for whole array integral refrigeration. The sealing film and rigid foam are used to form a flat vacuum window. The whole cryogenic dewar is designed in a cylindrical shape, with a diameter of 570 mm and a height of 430 mm. The cold shield embedded inside dewar is also designed in a cylindrical shape, with a diameter of 522 mm and a height of 200 mm. After the cryogenic dewar assembly is completed, the cooling test is carried out, and the temperature of the array antenna can reach below 60 K. At present, the return loss of array element and the coupling between array elements are tested and compared at normal and low temperature.
