Abstract | 本文设计了一款工作在Q波段的宽带正交模耦合器,采用Turnstile结构的十字转结形设计,各端口的回波损耗在-20dB以下,两个输出端口的插入损耗在0.1dB以内、隔离度可达60dB。目前已完成加工试制,后续计划利用该Q波段正交模耦合器,结合前级喇叭天线建立天空亮温度测试平台,实现对应波段天空亮温度的精确获取,同时将该测试方法移植到其它波段,以备为其它波段的相控阵接收机噪声温度测试提供精确的天空亮温度值。 |
Other Abstract | This article designs a broadband orthogonal mode coupler operating in the Q-band, using a Turnstile cross junction design. The return loss of each port is below -20dB, and the insertion loss of the two output ports is within 0.1dB, with an isolation degree of up to 60dB. At present, the processing and trial production have been completed. The subsequent plan is to use the Q-band orthogonal mode coupler and combine it with the front-end horn antenna to establish a sky brightness temperature testing platform, achieving accurate acquisition of the corresponding sky brightness temperature in the corresponding band. At the same time, the testing method will be transplanted to other bands to provide accurate sky brightness temperature values for noise temperature testing of phased array receivers in other bands. |
