Abstract一种带制动器的电动执行器,包括电机部件、传动部件、减速部件和电动缸部件,其中,电机部件依次连接传动部件、减速部件和电动缸部件,并通过传动部件和减速部件驱动电动缸部件运动;该电机部件包括智能步进电机、制动器和传动轴,工作时首先制动器得电并松开处于制动状态的传动轴,然后智能步进电机得电并带动传动轴旋转传递动力,在智能步进电机掉电或者损坏的情况下,制动器能够保证电动缸部件处于锁死状况。本发明不仅可以保证在智能步进电机正常工作时具有定位精度高、承载能力大、反向间隙小、传动效率高、运行平稳、体积小等特点,而且在智能步进电机掉电或者损坏的情况下,促动器将处于锁死状况,以利于反射面的稳定,适用于高精密主动控制系统。
Other AbstractAn electric actuator with a brake comprises a motor part, a transmission part, a speed reducing part and an electric cylinder part, wherein the motor part is sequentially connected with the transmission part, the speed reducing part and the electric cylinder part and drives the electric cylinder part to move through the transmission part and the speed reducing part; the motor part comprises an intelligent stepping motor, the brake and a transmission shaft, in the working process, the brake is powered on and releases the transmission shaft in a braked state, then the intelligent stepping motor is powered on and drives the transmission shaft to rotate to transmit power, and under the condition of a power failure or damage of the intelligent stepping motor, the brake can ensure that the electric cylinder part is located in a locked state. It can be ensured that when working normally, the intelligent stepping motor has the advantages of being high in positioning accuracy, large in bearing capacity, small in reverse clearance, high in transmission efficiency, stable in operation, small in size and the like; the actuator is in the locked state under the condition of the power failure or the damage of the intelligent stepping motor, so that a reflecting face is stabilized easily, and the electric actuator is suitable for a high-precision active control system.
